How to read reports - Facebook (Organic)

This page shows results from unpaid Facebook posts, how many people saw them (reach, impressions) and how they reacted (likes, shares, comments). It also lists the top posts by reach so you can see which content drew the most attention. Use it to understand audience interest, typical visibility for organic posts, and which topics or formats gained the most engagement during the period shown.

Last Month's Facebook Performance

Impressions: Total times your Facebook posts were shown on screens during the month (one person can generate multiple impressions). 

Reach: Number of unique people who saw your posts during the month (each person counted once).

Likes: How many times people tapped “Like” on your posts in the month.

Comments: How many comments were left on your posts in the month.

Shares: How many times people shared your posts to their own timelines or with others.

Highest Reach Posts

Picture: The image/thumbnail for the post listed in the table.

Message: The text of the post (used here to identify what the post said).

Reach: How many unique people saw that specific post.

Likes: How many likes that specific post received.
